這是我第一次在南竿，悠閒地享受位於閩江口的傳統聚落風光，徜徉於羊腸小徑中，細細體會南竿人的智慧以及美學。那種簡單而自在的感覺，正是馬祖人生活的寫照，自然且不做作的招呼，正是馬祖人熱情的象徵。聽著海聲、鳥聲及浪聲，一天美好的時光就此展開...
早上抵達福澳港後，溫度適中，雖然天上飄著一點小雨，但能見度還算清楚，照個原先安排的行程，我先到附近的蔣公紀念公園參觀一下，最有名的景點就是蔣公的題字「枕戈待旦」，遠遠看就可以清楚看到這四個大字。
從枕戈待旦觀景台可以看到整個南竿海灣風光
接著搭上公車，前往馬港地區，馬祖最有名的天后宮，據說正是媽祖肉身出現的地方。
並且和著名的地標「馬祖」合照
隨即我們轉搭公車，前往下個熱鬧的村莊山隴，山隴是馬祖政經商業中心，縣政府正位於此處。
市區相當熱鬧，比北竿塘岐村大很多
往山隴村旁的斜坡走上去，可以到著名的馬祖酒廠及八八坑道
往另外一條岔路過去，會到另外一個傳統聚落──牛角聚落，裡面有間店叫做「依嬤老店」，據說相當有名，尤其是馬祖風味菜。
下午轉到位於南方的北海風景區，參觀鬼斧神工的工事建築
以及附近的大漢據點及鐵堡
最後細細品味附近的傳統聚落──鐵板和津沙聚落
晚上再次回到馬港村，欣賞海邊風光及品嘗一道道在地美食，結束一天豐富及精彩的行程。
以上是南竿行程的簡略介紹，雖然南竿是個小島，但是具有許多豐沛的在地文化資源及人文色彩，每張照片都有一個故事，只是現在沒有時間一一介紹，希望網友們能夠從照片中體驗一下南竿的美好風光，其他更細的細節就等待下集分解吧！

I know the island had been under martial law untill 1992.
What troop is placed to guards there?
I suppose the taiwanese marine corps would be, because a
troop which defends forefront need to be powerful.
The same goes for south korea, I served for 2 years in the
korean marine corps, was placed in one small island which is
confronting the north korean southermost area.
It appears that taiwanese soldiers are blessed compared to
korean soldiers, because there is even less likelihood of war-
occuring between china - taiwan than between south - north
korea, for china is a rational, normal country whereas north
korea is literally a gang state.
I understood your feeling, because I have been to Souel before and visited a place near the Demilitarized Zone. I forgot the name, but we could see Pyongyang. The atmosphere of forefront in Korea is more nervous than here(I guess). Anyway, hope eveything is fine and let's look at the future.
