Background
All of us are TRAVEL LOVERS. The old focus of travel is to call up a travel agency, fly from place A to place B, and have fun. Citiport is to bring forth the new concept of travelling, that is to experience local cultures, which is only made possible with interactions with locals. This is what the normal travel websites lack of.
Citiport has more: a more holistic view than the usual travel websites.

在經過前幾篇國際志工及新書介紹後，我決定嘗試寫些不一樣的文章，順便反映一下現況，向各位朋友分享學習的心得。在研究所同學的建議下，我決定寫一篇關於研究的文章，也釐清這半年來做研究的一些盲點。
什麼是研究？
研究的核心是判斷問題在哪裡，但初學者常常不懂最重要的問題是什麼？並且在不重要的地方打轉，這是我半年內遇到最大的問題。例如：研究主題是concatenated decoder，但我沒有先搞懂理論，反而先去降低parity check matrix的cycle。這是一種本末倒置的作法，就算真的成功降低了，那又意味著什麼？

〔記者洪美秀竹市報導〕交通大學畢業校友吳孟霖兩年前到土耳其擔任國際志工，兩個月的生活在回國後寫成《土耳其進行曲》一書，昨天新書發表，他與學弟妹分享國際志工的經驗，鼓勵大學生勇敢追求夢想，拓展國際視野。
交大電信系畢業的吳孟霖，兩年前暑假參加ＡＩＥＳＥＣ國際志工交換計畫前往土耳其，展開一趟不一樣的旅行。在志工服務期間，他教導當地孩童英文，和來自世界各地的志工合作，體驗不同的文化之美。

Since I graduated from my senior high school, I have went back to the campus several times and most of them were for prom. This is a traditional culture in HSNU and it is an opportunity for students to develop their creativity and put into practice. The theme every year is very different and juniors hope to surpass their seniors and to make the party more elegant. The feeling is similar this year and the topic is "West Wild".
Yesterday I joined my ninth party. Maybe this is the last HSNU prom during my student life. I looked around juniors. They were happy and crazy, dancing with classmates or friends in the dancing pool. Sometimes they nodded their heads with temple of music, and sometimes they made a big circle to dance inside. Those scenes made me remember my junior high school life and my classmates.

三月八日的早上，我與褚士瑩學長約在台北的某間咖啡店見面，這是我第一次見到本人，他穿著襯衫，留著帥氣的頭髮，和報章雜誌上看到的圖片差不多，碰面後，我們就直接走進咖啡店內。
回想起十二月份，當新書即將完成的最後時刻，我就不斷思考，究竟這本書應該邀請誰寫序，又究竟誰會願意給一個沒沒無聞的新人寫序。後來想到了三個人，三位都是台大的學長，而且對於國際志工議題感到興趣，其中一位便是褚士瑩學長。

一株曾經充滿生氣蘭花，隨著時間的流逝，花兒謝了，葉子也褪去盎然的綠色。
我曾經按時地澆水、施肥，希望蘭花快快長大。它就擺在電腦桌上，每當看到那鮮嫩欲滴的花朵，都會讓我精神倍增，就算不是開花的季節，葉子也會帶給我無限希望，至少還有再開花結果的一天。
